The Cooper Institute (CI)

Hello, I attended Coopers, back in 2000. The campus is beautiful and the atmosphere is all fitness and wellness. Doctor Cooper has a great understanding for health and healthy living. I plan to further my education, with Coopers as my point of reference as well as base of learning. Julius Rogers.

International Fitness Professionals Association (IFPA)

Just came across this site looking for upcoming fitness conferences. I have been certified by IFPA for a few years now. Would highly recommend them. Was able to get a job right away, and I am very proud to have recently opened my own studio. If your looking at to become a PT, IFPA is a great choice!... more

International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA)

I chose ISSA certification because more emphasis is placed on learning, accredited by DECT, and not just testing. Memorizing for an exam is good, but if a trainer does not have a solid understanding on applying learned knowledge to actual periodized program development based on client needs and goal... more

National Exercise & Sports Trainers Assn. (NESTA)

I've had a great experience with NESTA thus far. I received my group exercise instructor certification last year and this year opted for CPT. I have given myself a break but I will soon complete my HRM specialist cert as well. I had previously tried and failed at NASM for many reasons, but having s... more

The BioMechanics Method (TBMM)

TBMM Level One is truly the best course I've ever taken. It has changed the way I train my clients and so much more. I've already helped a few of my clients get rid of their chronic pain. One of my favorite parts about the course is that it gave me so many tools to expand my business as a CES. If yo... more

National Council for Certified Personal Trainers (NCCPT)

I didn't pass my test the first time around. I'm in Omaha Nebraska. Is there any testing sites or dates available in this immediate area? American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM)

I hoping that ACSM will come out with their opinion on Body Pump. As a HFI with ACSM AND a Body Pump instructor, I have many questions and was told that ACSM had not conducted any research yet. This trend is gaining steam and we are experiencing different issues in the fitness world and need answer... more

The BioMechanics Method (TBMM)

TBMM was the most amzing course that I have ever taken. The course material was so well written and easy to comprehend. It covered so much information but was broken down into easy sections.
