| Description | We will introduce the principles of biomechanical analysis, and methods of choosing, and progressing exercise. We cover a variety of conditions of special populations, and discuss the scope and responsibility of the fitness professional. You will gain theoretical and practical skills necessary to assess needs and design client-specific exercise.
