There are still plenty of people who say that losing belly fat and weight is nothing more than a matter of calories in/calories out and I was one of them until I hit 50. Susan Dopart takes a scientific look at how shifting hormonal balance impacts our metabolism and provides some excellent suggestions on how to help middle-aged women reach their goals. I felt like she was telling the story of my life yet this relates to a large number of baby boomers. So if you are training women who are entering perimenopause or menopause, you need to view this video.
