I am Physical Therapist, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, US National TaeKwon-Do champion and former captain for the US National TaeKwon-Do Team. I invented the TRX Rip Trainer and direct Rip Training development at TRX. The combination of understanding rehabilitative medicine and sports performance training has given me a unique perspective on the physical and mental components of human movement. I have enjoyed working with professional athletes from the NFL, X-Games, MLB, UFC, and Extreme Skiing World Championships; however, I pride myself on tapping into the natural athlete in us all.
