Triple Training
Description
Coming up with innovative workouts can sometimes be challenging. However, with three key pieces of equipment, including the BOSU®, a resistance band and a medicine ball, you can develop effective 60-minute workouts that your participants and clients will enjoy and truly benefit from. Triple training is an easy-to-follow method that incorporates functional and full-body training using equipment most facilities have.
