In this DVD you will learn the recommendations from the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) for exercise during the pregnant and postpartum periods. You will also learn about the pelvic floor and core integrity, postural concerns, and how to change up your clients’ workouts throughout the pregnancy and after delivery. Most importantly, you will learn how to think through any movement and be able to decide if it should be done or how it can be modified for safety.
