Description

Short circuits are simple combinations of exercises that target the upper body, lower body and cardio. Each circuit is a standalone workout involving between three and five exercises, each challenging the full body in a simple, straightforward and extremely challenging way. This video will provide you with at least five complete short circuit workouts. Some circuits will utilize no equipment and others will incorporate common training tools.
