make sure you get out of your seat for this video! Not having the additional handout made it difficult for me to understand what combinations were possible and the rewind button made it much easier for me to understand as a teacher instead of just as a student. As they taught the choreography kinetically (as a student) joining was easy, then as they broke down how to evolve and introduce, it was difficult to understand ONLY because of how fast they are going in the video, i am sooo glad i have the ability to rewind and recap at my own pace.
