Postrehabilitation for Spinal Conditions

by Brian Richey

We will examine the clinical anatomy and pathology of common and not-so-common spinal injuries, including disc herniations, stenosis, spondylolisthesis, spinal fusion and sciatica. We’ll then outline specific protocols and strategies for each injury and discuss the reason for the exercises chosen (all within scope of practice). The foundations of spinal stabilization exercises, as well as their progressions and regressions, will also be explored.
