Description
Trainers recognize the importance of proper core strength and stability. While training strategies may vary, the ability to stabilize the trunk and rotate the hips is critical to improving performance of the core. This video will highlight the key concepts that must be mastered in order to improve core function: stabilization, dissociation and integration. Participants will learn three specific strategies for improving stabilization and rotary strength of the trunk and hips.
