Once again Nico delivers. He offers a fresh, new approach to group classes incorporating the best of both the Pilates world and the Group Fitness class. I love the way the focus of Pilates comes together with the high energy of group fitness. I will be using the new ideas I learned in class this week. Thanks Nico, for inspiring the world to fitness.
