Buddy brings over 20 years to the fitness and yoga industry. He has appeared on KRON-4, CBS Network, Good Day Sacramento, NBC Network and KFOG Radio as their ‘fitness guru’ and has been interviewed for the San Francisco Chronicle, SF Weekly, San Francisco Magazine, Daily Candy and Lifetime TV. He has a BS in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise Science and is a Master Trainer for Pure Yoga, Keiser Fitness Corporation as well as a 8-time lululemon Ambassador. In addition, he is a frequent IDEA Health & Fitness Presenter, has starred in multiple video projects, and has taught his master programs internationally. He currently works for Equinox Gym, Yoga Tree, and The Sportsclub/LA in San Francisco. Buddy received his yoga training from Yogaworks and under the influences of Annie Carpenter and Stephanie Snyder. As far as cycling goes, he has certifications from Keiser, Johhny G., Schwinn, Startrack, REVLeMond, and Precision Cycling. Certifications: ACE, AFAA
