With a special focus on interval training, B.I.T.S. and Pieces (Step Ball Interval Training) features a workshop that combines creative step aerobic choreography with high-intensity, athletic-based drills on the stability ball. The interval training DVD reviews the concepts and assorted physiological benefits of interval training and demonstrates a multilevel class that is designed to challenge and motivate individuals.
