By utilizing carefully placed hands-on adjustments and creative verbal cues, you can help create a seemingly individualized asana practice tailored to each student's specific needs. Physical adjustments must be given with care and awareness by any instructor, and when properly executed, can enhance the comfort and safety of students during yoga practice.

In this DVD, you'll explore basic biomechanical principles of foundational asanas, and learn sophisticated yet subtle physical and verbal techniques for guiding students into their ideal physical alignment based on their unique physical structure. These methods are ideal for decreasing the potential of physical injury of students during their yoga practice.
