TRX Airplane Stretch

Description

Start by facing away from the TRX. While keeping your core in tight, shoulders pinched together, and chin tucked, squeeze your glutes and lean forward with your weight on your toes. Keeping your arms straight, bend at your side and bring one arm up tall towards the ceiling and hold at end range for 2 seconds. Alternate back and forth between sides to stretch out your chest, arms, and wrists.
