TRX Push-Up to Knee Tuck

Description

1. Start with TRX straps 6-10 inches above the ground 2. Go down onto the floor on your stomach and place both your feet into the straps 3. Lift your body off the floor into a push up position 4. Each rep starts with one push up followed by a knee tuck During the knee tuck keep the back flat and level avoiding any lumbar rotation
