Kelly is truly and amazing trainer. She is in tune to your needs and physical capability, I have a neck injury and she knows when to push you to the limit. She amazes me with her knowledge of the body. She is always positive, full of energy and inspiring. She is always changing our routine which keeps it challenging, interesting and fun. I love working with Kelly!

Kelly is awesome! I've been working out with her about 15 months and have never been more fit. She challenges me every week to do a bit more, reach a new goal. She is positive, upbeat and very knowledgeable.
