    I have been studying with Lynn Stafford for about 10 years. It was one of the best choices I have ever made. Lynn's knowledge and insight has made taking Pilates instruction a most healing practice in my life. I highly recommend Lynn for Pilates instruction especially for those trying to remain strong and agile in aging as well as for recovery from injury. She is infinitely patient. Thank you Lynn!

    I have been taking Pilates and barre classes at Mindfull Body Works for over two years now. I am so glad I decided to take this route to getting more physically fit. Having recently retired, I found my posture was terrible from sitting at a desk for many years. Lynn has helped me greatly improve in this area by strengthening my core, back and shoulder muscles. I was also having pain in one of my hips when walking due to tight hip flexors and now no longer experience difficulty when walking. I definitely am more flexible and stronger. Lynn is a patient, knowledgeable teacher, and genuinely cares about her clients and their needs. Even though her class is challenging in a positive way, I truly look forward to attending.

    I have been taking Pilates classes with Lynn at Mindfull Body Works for eight years. Lynn has helped me to improve my physical strength, flexibility and gneral well being. She is a highly professional, knowledgeable and skilled instructor. I highly recommend Mindfull BodyWorks.

    After years of pounding the pavement I was unable to run anymore due to lower back pain. I decided to try a pilates class with Lynn and it was the best thing I ever did. Lynn taught me how to strengthen my core and my lower back pain is completely gone. I've been taking classes at Mindfull Bodyworks for 7 years now and continue to gain strength and flexibility. Lynn is a thoughtful and knowledgeable teacher and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to improve their health, wellbeing and physical fitness.
