Kristine makes her training regimen seem like they are so simple and uncomplicated, yet there are a lot of thought and reasoning that go into every step. It's very easy to follow Kristine. She explains why each step is being done, so one doesn't go blindly just doing it. She's very thorough, and cheerful as well. I always look forward to training with her. I might not have lost a lot of weight, but I feel healthier.

I had been 40 pounds overweight , had a lot of health issues such as back and knee problem. My problem about loosing weight is the dieting and to find time to do it. Kristine have work with me in such a way that I still eat whatever I want and she taught me to do my excercises at home while I'm watching T.V. which also relaxes me.She also taught me to count my calories that I've taken in, so I know what activities to do to burn it too. I've lost 40 pounds and had kept it off for the past 2 years. Kristine have encourage me to get engage in sports like biking and hiking. My back pain is also gone. I Thank you Kristine for the patience and for always motivating me.I now have more self esteem and feel more comfortable with how I look. I know their are still a lot of people out there that's like me. I just pray that they get to meet you, so they too can be help. Keep up the excellent work.

I’ve trained with Kristine in 2009 and I can definitely say that it was by far my most positive training experience. The routine was hard work, but she was extremely enthusiastic and encouraging, as long as you are giving it your best effort.
I had no idea what to expect when I started working out with Kristine. The first few days were tough, I was out of breath, out of shape and could barely finish. I stuck with it and I was amazed at how fast my body changed, and I noticed a huge difference in my overall stamina and energy that I was able to build in only a short amount of time. I felt better than I have in years. I even began to see the formation of muscles in my arms, legs and abs. I lost 3 ½ inches from my waist and 11% total body fat in just six weeks into training.
I had seen significant change just a few weeks with Kristine. If you want to challenge your body to see what it can really do, then Kristine will definitely to take you there. You’ll be motivated to push yourself without even knowing it. Have fun!
