I've been working with Jeff for about a half a year now and couldn't be happier with the results. Not to sound cliche but I have tried ever workout program and supplement out there with poor results. Jeff simplified everything for me. I also get to enjoy the foods I like to eat within reasonable means. My weight while starting with Jeff was 164 and I am now at 147 eating more than i was at 164, still holding between 147-150. Jeff always answers my questions no matter how crazy or stupid they may seem, and he answers with sound evidence that always has research behind it. Jeff always pulls me out of my "slumps" when i start doubting or feeling stalled , which is probably one of the greatest things about working with him. I have come so far from where i used to be and cannot wait to see what the new year with Jeff holds for me. Just to give you an idea , i spend fewer days of the week working out than i used to , i eat the foods i enjoy now, and i don't have to stress about something like a family dinner; all of this and i am yielding better results than i was as a compulsive, chunky, 5 day split, extreme supplement consumer. Jeff is extremely smart and has the ability to strangle the common folk with his intense knowledge yet he simplifies everything for you which is really helpful especially if you don't have the attention span to read through articles of research and data. To put it in short, Jeff takes the BS out of everything and gives you the ability to get the physique you desire all while living a normal life. I couldn't be happier with the progress i have made and will definitely continue to work with Jeff for some time. Also Jeff's pricing is more than fair for what you get, i would recommend Jeff to anyone willing to put in the work to achieve their desired fitness goals or physique.

You simply will not find a more attentive, knowledgable, and friendly consultant than Jeff.
We have been working together for almost 9 months, in which time I have bulked from 184 to 197, bringing my deadlift from 'never done it before' to 405, and after that, cut to 180. I not only maintained the strength I gained, I am now deadlifting 435 at 180 pounds, maintaining sub 10% body fat while slowly reversing my diet back to a surplus.
I can't say enough good things about my experience thus far. I have been an athlete my entire life, even at the NCAA division 1 level, and in less than a year I am unbelievably superior to my old self.
Not to mention Jeff's rate is impossible to beat, even with a much lower quality 'set-up' consultation. I'm just here to tell you it's the real deal. Jeff will set you up for life.

I have been training under Jeff's guidance for almost 6 months now. A very close friend of mine recommended Jeff's services to me and had good things to say about him. I thought of giving him a shot and I am really glad that I did. My goal was to get lean and get below 10% bf which I was really determined on achieving. All I needed was a knowledgeable person to guide me who can help frame my diet and give me a simple workout routine which doesn't change my social lifestyle and isn't very stressful with respect to time management. Jeff gave me exactly what I was looking for and I followed it religiously for 6 months. I ended my cutting phase two days back at less than 10%bf, amazing vascularity and muscle definition. I am still amazed by the facts that I could achieve my goals by keeping things simple and easy and not overthinking/overcomplicating them and Jeff was the perfect mentor for that. This wasn't my first time trying to lose weight and body fat but this was definitely the first time when I was successful at it with utmost satisfaction and expected outcome.
One thing that sets him apart from other people I trained with before is that he know his stuff and he knows it really well. He used to respond to my simple questions with all the scientific/technical knowledge he possesses in this field, backed by research articles/ journals etc. which lends so much credibility to what he does. Be it a certain style of diet, breakdown of macros, caloric intake, exercise postures, supplement science, he knows it all.
I am now doing a lean bulk and would continue using Jeff's services till the time I achieve my second milestone. Heartfelt gratitude to Jeff for helping me achieve my goals and helping me stay on track throughout the past 6 months.
For people who are looking for a trainer, give him a shot. The fee (35 bucks per month) is so reasonable that you have nothing to lose anyway :) You won't be disappointed.

I worked with Jeff for more than a year. During that time, I not only achieved approximately 10% body fat, I also set several PRs including a 370 deadlift at a bodyweight of 162lbs. Oh yeah, I'm also 41 years old. Jeff always answered my nit picky questions within 24 hours, wrote training plans that kept the training fun and interesting and provided guidance and support at every turn. I've recommended Jeff to friends, one of whom is also 41 and got ripped (literally) after about a month, and I don't hesitate to recommend him to you.

I am currently a client of Jeff's and we just worked together over the course of about 16 weeks where he got me ready for my first natural bodybuilding show. I've been training and working toward a bodybuilding physique for about 7 years, 3 of them being seriously dedicated and I thought I had everything figured out. That would all change once I started working with Jeff.
I never dreamed of doing some of the things he had me do to get lean but once I dropped my ego and started listening, my body was changing by the day. I was able to eat the foods I enjoy, not in the quantities I wanted, but I was able to still have them all the way up to my show and attain a ripped physique. He taught me the true importance of tracking your diet (Which I found to be extremely easy with modern technology) and not over-complicating things. Previously, I had thought the more I kill myself and feel terrible, the better I would look. Jeff showed me that this is simply not the case and it's all about taking slow steps to get there while being consistent.
Jeff won't give you some cookie cutter diet or training regimen to get you to your goals. Everything is completely customized to your body, genetics, and preferences. Jeff is the kind of person who spends his days reading and researching. I like the fact that he actually pays for credible research, rather than using some flawed marketing scam from a juiced up bodybuilder in a magazine. He's truly advanced in the science field and yields many years of fitness experience. I plan on staying with Jeff for time to come while he helps me in my off-season to put on strength and size while maintaining a low-moderate bodyfat %. I'm already seeing more progress.
I highly recommend Jeff @ bullseyefitness. Rather you are trying to build muscle, gain strength, lose body fat, compete, or just maintain a healthy physique, he can do it all. You will get what you pay for.
