Tyler trained me for four months during my Junior year of college. I would not describe myself as athletic or the type of person to exercise everyday, but Tyler was extremely motivating and developed a personalized plan that worked for me. He's very knowledgeable about training and provides quality one-on-one sessions. It was a great experience working with him, both challenging and rewarding. He helped me build a great foundation (from strength training to cardio to mobility) and from there I saw great improvements with my body and health...and of course my squats! It's easy to see he loves what he does and cares about his clients bettering their lifestyles.

I work as a coach to young adults with Asperger's, ADD, and autism. Tyler worked with one of the students enrolled in our program. He did an excellent job of being flexible and creative in motivating the student and kept regular communication with his parents and me. He also worked with the student on his diet and developed a program for exercising at home when the student moved away. It can be difficult working with our population when it comes to exercise, but Tyler really connected with the student--he has a great way of positively challenging and assisting his clients towards their health and wellness goals. - Jim Walsh, Student Advisor at the College Internship Program
