Michele is so inspiring! I've been training with her for a little over 6 months and wow, what a difference. Not only am I more fit, but I feel so optimistic about what I can achieve, especially with the training Michele provides. The time that she puts into making each of my work outs unique and challenging really means a lot to me. I look forward to our twice weekly sessions.

Not only has she made a difference in my physical well-being, but she has become a friend. Loving the journey so far!

Michele has been my trainer for a little over a month. I have not only seen results but have been having tremendous fun doing it. Each week the exercises are different, and the approach Michele takes is well thought out and with a clear purpose of what she wants me to accomplish. I know she has the best intensions and is able to push me to do my best. She is very professional, creative with her approach, fun and very honest. Tuesday nights have become my favorite. I even schedule my work and travel to ensure I don't miss my session with Michele. Thank you for making exercising fun again.

Michele has been my personal trainer for the past several months. She is professional, personable, and creative - no 2 workouts are the same! Being a busy working mom, having a trainer that comes to my home helps me to stay committed to my workout regiment. And most importantly, I've seen great results! Very happy to have Michele as my trainer!

Michele is an inspiration! I have only been able to make it to one fitness camp due to a hectic schedule. I look forward to attending future camps or getting my own group together. I thought I would be intimidated because of my low level of exercise expertise but I felt very comfortable moving at my own pace. Thanks Michrle! Hope to see you soon!

I have been going to Michele's "Move It Fitness Camp" Saturday mornings since June 2nd. It has been great to get the benefits of her experience as a personal trainer, at a great price, in one hour per week sessions. She trains all fitness levels so you don't feel pressure to push beyond your limits. I feel great after the workouts albeit with a little pain from those rearly used muscles waking up. Michele has a great personality and seems to get along well with everyone. I'm amazed by her strength in body and mind. I'm inspired by her to keep up my overall wellness program.
