I've lost over 16 inches since I've started with Fully Loaded Fitness. I was working out with a friend before I started with boot camp and the pounds were coming off a slowly but since I started with Fully Loaded Fitness I've seen the pounds and inches disappear at an amazing rate. I finally have my confidence back and love to go shopping again. I weighed 215 lbs when I started and am down to 165 currently. That's 50 lbs!!! I've just had my one year anniversary for being active year round.

Jen and my Fully Loaded Fitness buddies are motivated to help each other work hard to reach our goals. We have a great time and I've never been a part of a group that's so dedicated to see each other succeed. Jen will take time to go over nutrition with you and help tweak your intake so that you can give your body the boost it needs to burn fat and feel energetic. The monthly personal challenge, weigh ins and measuring helps me know where I was and where I'm at so that I know what I have to work towards.

Thank you Jen and all my buddies at Fully Loaded Fitness that have helped me be a better healthier me!

I started with Jen this summer doing boot camps. She is an awesome trainer/instructor. It doesn't matter what fitness level you are at she is able to gear her workouts to all. Her activities and challenges always push us to the max while still somehow managing to be "fun". Jen is creative with her workouts and offers a lot of variety to the boot camps. It is a great total body workout with good calorie burn and results.

Jennifer is a wonderful trainer she keeps you motivated in the gym as well as outside in your personal life. Before I met Jen I had a jean waist size of 33 one year later and working out with her on an average of 3 times a week my jean waist size is a 25- 26. I am so motivated to keep this healthy life style. Karla
