I've been training with Caitlin for about 6 months and am in the best shape I've been in a LONG time. She pushes me to do things I didn't think I could do and I have gained a lot of confindence. We do different things every week so our sessions are never boring but they're always a great workout. Caitlin was great for me when I was just starting out and continues to push me to new levels. I plan to stay with her as long as she'll have me :) I've lost 35 pounds so far and plan to lose more!!
