I was really nervous because I had never been to a personal trainer and I did not want to be judged. Ali was really easy to get along with and she knew how to stop me from feeling intimidated. I see Ali twice a week, once at the gym and she comes to my house once a week. After 8 weeks I've lost 10 pounds and 1 1/2 inches off of my hips. I am really excited to keep going - I have to get into a bridesmaid's dress by summer!

Ali is excellent as a trainer and a motivator. You really need both! She understands what it takes to get to your goals and how to help you over the hurdles. She gets an A+ all the way around from me.
