    I was hosting a bridal reception for the church and she did the paintings in my bathroom. He brought the chairs to the reception. And I asked what he did and he said "Personal Training" and I said "oh Boy". And we got to talking. I had a membership at another gym but Troy said he could save me the time , and come to my house. I thought that was the most delightful idea. He came over and gave me the first workout free so I could try it out
    Now with a personal trainer, I am an athlete and Troy continuing with one routine and then the next.
    He brings all the equipment needed for my fitness program to my house in Glendale. I had some of my own as well.
    Instead of adding years to life I am getting stronger and counting down.
    Troy works with Kay an acupuncturist and Dr. Palmer the most personable chiropractor I have ever met. They are all the most delightful people Together they keep me as fit as a fiddle. They work together to come up with exercises that I need. Troy even gave me a ride to Dr. Palmers office in Studio City, then they could talk together

    I went from being overweight and couldn't run to running and being ripped.
    We did it over the course of 5 years but I look awesome now. I am a beast!!
    I did really well at wrestling my first year and was able to run for miles.

    I am an Olympic Swimmer and need to be absolutely perfect in all my movements. Troy has really helped me be more flexible were I didn't know. He is very knowledgeable and cares.
    I can move more efficiently because of what we are doing. I also like the detail given to figuring out what routine will work best for me.

    When I met Troy I was very overweight. We decided the atkins diet was best and easiest for me. I lost all kinds of weight at first but Troy said it was mostly water and sugar weight and some fat.
    My knee's hurt when I would hike. Troy evaluated how I walked and found out that I had flat feet.
    We would foam roll all the muscles around my knee and within a week my pain was gone.
    Total I lost 23 pounds. I had to give up my chips though :-(

    I lost 7 pounds the first 2 weeks. My posture got better and my overall energy throughout the day has been great.
    I am eating better and working out on a consistent basis. If I didn't pay for it then I wouldn't be as consistent.
    My golfing has been better and I can drive about 10 yards futher.
