Me and husband have done "couples workouts" with Nichole and it was so fun! Being able to workout with your partner in your own backyard, rather than the gym, is something we really love. She keeps every session new and different from the last, yet they are always such good workouts. Her workouts are quick so that you are not working out for hours, yet she works every part of your body. She has a perfect balance of pushing you without being pushy!

Great trainer!!! She does a fantastic job keeping you motivated and pushes you to keep going when you need it most. Nichole even got me to run my first 5k! Loved that she would change things up and have me do different workouts so I wouldn't get bored. It kept my body guessing which means better results! I meet my weight lose goal and have never felt better about my body! She taught me how to lead a healthy and fit lifestyle without missing out on the things I enjoy (food and cocktails!). Would recommend her a million times over!!

Nichole is my trainer and does a fantastic job of motivating me the right way, at the right time. I love how her workouts work every core muscle group and yet every workout is different from the last. I never get bored! Her expertise in exercise and meal planning is invaluable!

I've used Nichole several times as a trainer and am extremely satisfied with her style. She knows when to push you and can make sure you give it your all. She has a great style of new and effective workouts that really work! I feel healthier and happier with my results!
