AAAI is a reasonably priced program for a single initial certification. However to renew, you must obtain CECs through taking a class (typically of any subject and the credits meet the minimum) + pay a certification renewal fee so the total comes out to be the same as the initial certification. Your initial certification (for cycling) last two years, then you must go through this every year after.
Their website is difficult to navigate. This is the second year in a row I have been unable to sign up for the classes online to obtain CECs, but you can order the manuals online.
When I have reached out to customer service both years, neither time was a highly friendly or resourceful conversation. This year I asked two questions in an e-mail, one was answered, so I repeated my second and received an e-mail back in all caps with no greeting or closing.
These experiences have lead me to look elsewhere via this site. Some of the other sites already look better and more innovative/modern, even.

Is my sports nutrition certification going to be added as a choice on this site? I can only select my personal training certification as a choice? thanks
