It was good, NOT GREAT , I wished I had to go through more comprehensive and detailed modalities.Excessive focus on safety and irrelevant issues. For example, chronic disorders have taken under consideration excessively and some how unnecessarily.
In supplementation chapter, excessive focus on vitamins and minerals does not make any sense. I was expecting it to be more about functional supplements like protein powders, pre workouts and ...
As a complimentary, in the movement system, It represent HOW and WHY in the best way possible. You don't need to memorize anything coz everything is explained from bottom up.

I have taken the NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist Certificate. I thought it was excellent. It had very good text book and on- line videos for each chapter.I foundthe information useful and applicable with my personal training business.

I held back for a long time about taking a fitness certificate course due to the content that other fitness organizations put in into their course study that for me is not enough to compliment or support my Bsc in physical therapy. Finally, NASM delivered. There's no regrets about my decision to take PES and I feel more confident now in my fitness career that I could help more people with the knowledge I gained from NASM and be one of the best fitness pros in the market. Thanks NASM, you ROCK!
