Tonia has been my personal trainer for about 2 years. During that time, she has helped me define and exceed my personal goals. Her knowledge has helped me regain strength, flexibility, balance and get stress under control.

As a trainer, Tonia is well versed in a variety of disciplines including weight and strength training, yoga and total body toning. She is patient, even tempered, supportive and sets the bar just a little higher each session.

After training with Tonia for the past 2 years or so, I am in better shape than I have ever been and I would recommend her highly.
