I have been working out with Michael now for about 2 years off and on.
When I came to Mike I was 209 the heaviest I have ever been. I got down to 203 in about 5 months. then summer came and I kind of got away from the gym. Then in May a group of friends talked about doing the Tough Mudder in September. So we all started training but I wasn't feeling the push I needed, so I contacted Mike to see if he could get me going.. I gave him 2 months to whip me into shape. At this time I was weighing in at 197. Mike worked me pretty hard and did some exercises that were a little different then what I would have done. Most were griping and upper body exercises. So by D-DAY was at 191 and feeling pretty darn good. I made it through the whole even. Then Funky Monkey was the one I wasn't sure I could make it. But out of our of 8 only 3 of us made it. Thanks Mike.....
Mike really knows how to format your training to fit your needs....

I have been training with Michael off and on for about a year now and he is simply the best!! His knowledge and drive makes it worth the 4:30 am session I have with him once a week; I really look forward to it. Not only have a learned a tremendous amount in the gym, he is helping me improve my diet...not to mention he makes me laugh when I feel like I am going to die :). I would recommend Michael without heistation - he is the "wicky wah" to my Wednesday mornings.

I started working with Michael on 2/11/13. As of today I have lost 22.4 pounds......according to my scale! I feel great and feel like I am in the best shape I have ever been!
Michael is very supportive and has helped me with my diet and my workouts. His workouts are great and target all the right areas. My legs are slimmer than they have ever been, and I have lost almost 2 sizes since I started working with Michael and I am stronger than I have ever been! My kids are in shock!
I have so much more confidence in myself and feel like I can accomplish anything I set my mind to!

I have been training my whole life. I am very active and usually when i complain about my exceding weights, my friends and familly usually laugh and remind me that I am not that fat!
I decided to prepare for Triahtlon on december 2012. My speciality is ridding road bikes. I had absolutly no resistance for running or swimming and i decided to hire a trainer to help buidling the muscles i needed, clean up my nutrition and reduce my weight.
I started training with Michael on 21 january. I was 261 pounds, had 25% body fat and could not run more than 3 miles in 40 minutes. My baily was 43 inches. The training with michael and the clean up of my nutrition paid back. So far, my weight decrease to 229 pounds, my body fat is down to 18,4%, and my baily is down to 38 inches. Micheal is the first person who was able to convince me i need to give up milk and it pay back when i am sitting on my road bike. I am now running 10 miles every morning in 70 minutes and i call it relaxing before going work!
Michael also significantly improve my top body strenght. Michael exercices are always interresting, provide good results and there is not a morning i am able to say, it was easy!
The trainee will not progress if he does not trust or respect his trainer. Michael is an amazing trainer and a wonderful teacher!

I've been training with Michael for about six months and he has been the best trainer imaginable, by far. When I started with Michael I weighed about 145 lbs, a BMI of around 23 and body fat percentage of 20.5%. Today, I am 139 lbs, BMI of 22 and 16% body fat. I couldn't be happier with my results.
This has been a journey to get healthy and strong. I injured myself back in November which halted my progress significantly. Luckily, Michael was very understanding and was able to work with my injury so I wouldn't feel discouraged. Michael has the ability to make me feel totally comfortable and confident in what I am doing. He is always there to work with any obstacle I throw at him, and he pushes me to do things I didn't know I was capable of doing.
Now, I plan on competing in a bikini competition and of course I will be sticking with Michael to help me prepare for that. I am unbelievably excited and can't wait to get back into the gym and kick butt.

I'm so glad I started working out with Michael! I began training with him in early October of 2012 on a biweekly basis. I had started losing weight a year earlier, and had already lost 128 pounds by the day of our first consultation. I had just added some strength training to my workout routine and needed direction on the most efficient and effective exercises. I find him to be extremely professional, knowledgable and engaging. In less than 3 months of working out with Michael, I've lost another 15 pounds and taken an additional 3 inches off my waist and 3 more inches off my hips. While my weight loss isn't currently setting the world on fire, that has more to do with me starting to eat "real" food again, the holidays and getting close to my goal weight than it does with Michael. He puts you through a vigorous routine while ensuring that you are getting the maximum benefit out of it. He listens to what your goals and limitations are and checks with you at the end of each session to make sure you are satisfied with what you've accomplished. He'll work with you occasionally or several times a week. While I sometimes find his watch to be a bit faulty (surely it's already been well over a minute of holding that plank position!) and shudder at the recommendation of sardines or organ meats being a good choice for protein (inside joke here folks) I can't think of anyone better to continue to work with as I complete my journey to my goal weight and healthier life.

Training with Michael is one of the best gifts I have ever given myself! At 60 years old, I could feel my activity and energy levels changing which was causing some frustrating physical changes. Michael has kept our twice weekly training sessions interesting, challenging, and kept me motivated. The result is that I am stronger, leaner, and more confident. All the things I was looking for!! Thank you Michael for pushing me and making me realize that 60 is just a number. Denise

Hi, my name is Heather and I've been training with Michael for about 10 weeks now. In the beginning I was struggling pretty badly from 2 past back injury's. Michael helped me through that period of time, thank you so much! You really helped me a lot. Micheal is very compassionate, patient, professional, and has great instructional skills. Michael is also a good listener. Also if he tells you something and you don't understand he will patiently and kindly stay by your side explain it to you until you do understand it, he's awsome! Michael always keeps the training sessions fun. I've lost 35 lbs and I feel great, my clothes look awsome! I always have fun training with you Michael, thank you so much, and I look forward to the next few weeks. I'm going to diet good and do my best in the gym.

I have known Michael for over 1 1/2 years. He is a great motivator and understands exactly what I need. I do other other classes but I always know in the end the only why I am ever really going to get fit is when I do the training with Michael. He has made me feel the strongest I have ever been in years. Thanks Lisa
