I started with Jennifer in the summer of 2014. I felt I had lost upper body strength and agility. In addition, I'd previously injured my hamstring and did not want to risk reinjury. I am very impressed with her knowledge of the muscular-skeletal system. She has a pleasant demeanor, yet composes challenging workouts. During each session it is evident that she has given much thought to my workout. I am thrilled with my progress!

I starting working with Jen this Spring and have enjoyed it very much. She really cares about her clients. And if there is an area that needs a rest, such as shoulders, she makes sure I work out in other areas. I work with her in a group setting and it is both rewarding and fun. I do this due to being a member of Silversneakers thru my insurance. I have gained a lot in feeling better, having more endurance and balance. I more flexible because of the workouts she has me doing. I am very glad she came to my apartment complex to talk about fitness. That is when I decided to get busy. She is making my goals of bicycling and snowshoeing even closer.

I have been working with Jen for about 3 years now. She is the best at what she does. I have many different health concerns and a few physical ailments that keep me from being as active as I used to be but that has never stopped us from reaching my goals. Jennifer has always been able to put together a program that allows me to achieve the results I want without actually having to overwork myself. Not only is she a great trainer, she has also become a great friend. I would recommend her to anyone, no matter what physical shape they may be in. I guarantee you will achieve all your fitness goals by working with her.

Jennifer was my Personal Trainer last spring/summer to help me with core strengthening, toning and weight loss. I have a weak lower back and she designed a routine for me to use at the gym and at home. She was professional, flexible, caring and great to work with. I would highly recommend her!

Having never had a personal trainer before, I quickly realized how helpful it is. Jennifer's professional manner and gentle approach revived my desire to get active and stay active. I am more motivated now that I have been in over a year. She helped set the pace for me to be ready for a long backpacking trek in southern Utah.

I had never had a personal trainer, so I didn't know what to expect, and was hesitant also. I worked with Jen for about 7 months a couple times a week. I count it one of the best experiences of my life. Jen was so patient, and encouraged me from day one. She is professional, kind and (sometimes) gentle - ha. But then sometimes I needed some cheese with my whine. I would welcome anyone to contact me personally if you are just "thinking" about engaging a personal physical trainer. You will find Jen one of the VERY best in the business. And the sure sign for me was, she lives this stuff in her daily life! I've had the pleasure to work with Jennifer earlier this year (2012) while Jennifer was employed at Gold's Gym, Lewiston. For the VERY FIRST time in my varied attempts to access a trainer to help with weight loss and growing strength and improving balance Jennifer REALLY LISTENED. Her encouragement, along with "just right" exercises, have brought me success. Jennifer is sensitive, caring, and "really knows her stuff". I miss her at the Gym.

Jennifer is a great trainer, great person. She always made time for me, gave great suggestions, and was just overall awesome! She always had a new idea when I got stuck, and went over every step of my plan. Thanks Jennifer!

Hi Jennifer,
You are a great personal trainer with a lot of enthusiasm along with your "can do" attitude. You have a genuine care for people and want to see them succeed. I enjoyed working with you. You pushed me (primarily on weights) when I didn't think I could do it. You also helped me a lot with my plantar fasciitis - how far to push it, stretches, etc. I really miss working with you!
