My name is Andrea Nelson, I am 23 years old and have been working out with Michelle for about a month now! Finding a personal trainer is something I had wanted to do for the past two years. Every time I would start looking I always found myself putting it off because I could never find someone who could meet the exact needs I was looking for. I came across Michelle on this website and it looked like I had maybe finally found the trainer I had been searching for. I contacted her through this site and after just a few sessions with her I can happily say it was one of the best decisions I could have made. The results are already showing and I feel better than I have in a very long time. Not only has she pushed me to work harder than I have probably ever in my life but she makes the workouts fun! I look forward each week to what she will have in store for me! :)

I have been working out with Michelle for about 4 years now and I have to say I am in the best shape of my life because of her! Despite playing college level tennis, my exercise routine was never as vigorous or consistent as it is now. I have taken her classes, trained privately with her and have done two group body challenges with her, and in each of those aspects she has provided me with the perfect combination of challenge, fun and inspiration that I have needed to achieve my fitness goals! Some of her classes are so popular that you need to sign up for a spot and if you miss a class, you could potentially lose your spot. Not only does this go to show how popular her classes are, but it also provides additional motivation to get to class! She is always looking for new ways to challenge and inspire her clients, and in my opinion she does that each and every time I work out with her! In addition to her knowledge and experience, she is also a really wonderful person!!!

I have been taking Michelle's Glutes & Ladders class for a while now and I absolutely LOVE this class!! Michelle is so motivating...she not only makes you want to do better and be better....she is NICE. This is a must try class! You will love it and love Michelle!

Michelle's Muscle Mayhem and Glutes and Ladders classes are incomparable to any I've taken before. I am challenged, while remaining interested and motivated. I look forward to my workouts as opposed to dreading them. I have seen positive changes in my physical appearance from Michelle's training. Michelle makes you want to work harder and keeps you coming back for more!

Can I give more than five stars? I have been working out for a loooong time and have worked with many great trainers. What sets Michelle above the rest are her amazing workouts, in depth knowledge of exercise, the body and nutrition.
On top of all that, she CARES for each and every one of her clients. She genuinely lives and breathes to help others. While she challenges me every workout - and pushes me beyond my limits- I know she is on my side and loves seeing the strides I'm making. Love her classes and Personal Training. Great weapons in getting and staying super fit.

Michelle's classes are excellent and she definitely pushes for maximum effort with each class! She constantly mixes up her workouts and is always checking to make sure each person is using correct form. Michelle is a very committed instructor and she is also quite knowledgeable about healthy eating. I would highly recommend Michelle and her classes. Thumbs up!

Michelle has been an inspiration and motivator for me. I did the body challenge with her as our mentor. She guided us through the healthy eating and is an excellent trainer in all the group workouts. Because of her guidance I was able to reach my weight goal that I thought would be so far from reaching. She is the best and I look forward in training with her so I can now be toned. :)

As a personal trainer and figure competitior when I go to someone for training, it's got to be someone who has the knowledge and motivation to drive me above and beyond....thats Michelle O'Toole!!! Whenever I work out with Michelle she keeps your muscles thinking because she is always mixing it up ! She is a highly motivated teacher and professional who never stops adding to her repertoire . Each workout is customized to my needs . I have a chronic knee injury and she always gears my exercises so I do not re-injure . She does not disappoint !

Michelle does an excellent job of leading participants at all ability levels through any of her group fitness classes. She is very well prepared, having thoughtfully orchestrated/choreographed the movements well in advance of class. Additionally, she makes the extra effort to seek out the latest advances in the fitness industry--keeping her on the cutting edge.
She is reliable and timely. All of her classes are well-attended, a true testiment to her performance as a group fitness leader.

Michelle knows what it takes to be fit and healthy! She is a caring individual who takes each and every clients needs personally-like they were family! I love taking any and all of Michelle's classes. Whether it be a bootcamp, tabata, butts and guts, you name it you'll love them all! You leave her classes knowing you couldn't of done any better because she has a way of getting all you've got! Michelle cares enough and knows that changing it up is the name of the game! She is always taking the time to keep her classes fresh and new....switching up the tunes and creating new and effective moves that you never knew could make a difference! I look forward to any time spent with Michelle~~~

I have always been a fitness enthusiast- but Michelle has helped me get to the next level with her always new, exciting and motivating workouts. I used to train with Michelle thru personal training once a week- but have since moved out of town. If I sitll lived closer I would still be training with her.
Michelle has helped give me the confidence & motivation (as well as knowledge) to tackle my workouts on a daily basis- I will always have her to thank for that!

Michelle treats each client with the same respect and passion regardless of whether thier goal is to lose 5lbs or 100lbs. I have personally worked with Michelle and she was completely dedicated and passionate about helping me meet my goals. Michelle is a committed instructor and has shown me ways to bring fitness back into my every day life. She is truly a fabulous woman!

A year after back surgery I began training with Michelle. Through her knowledge, compassion and encouragement I gained the confidence and strength to participate in her group fitness classes. Michelle helps you realize your full potential. Her individualized attention to everyone's needs along with her energy and humor make her classes fun and challenging. I have been working with Michelle for a little over a year now, and she has helped me to change my life completely! With her constant guidance and support, I have been able to lose 55 lbs and in turn have completed 3 triathlons, a duathlon and an adventure race!! This weight loss has inspired me to be more active and to encourage my family to be more active too! I can honestly say that I would not be where I am today if it wasn't for Michelle. No matter what your fitness goals are...Michelle will help you reach and exceed them!

I've been personally training with Michelle for two years! She is a dedicated and enthusiastic trainor, who incorporates innovative and challenging excercises to target specific areas and accomodate accordingly when necessary. My level of strength has greatly increased and I have received many compliments regarding how much more toned I am. Michelle is also very personable and humorous and makes the work out time that much more enjoyable! Highly recommended!

Michelle has been a driving force in my journey to weight loss & good overall health. She is extremely knowledgeable and innovative in her approach to training & advising on nutrition. Her philosophy of clean eating & fitness has not only worked for me but for many who have worked for her. Michelle's group classes are highly sought after and always full due to her always providing a great work out that is never boring and highly motivating. I would recommend Michelle to anyone that is ready to get serious about their health.

Michelle is great at motivating you even when you think there is no way you can do it! She taught me that overall fitness is a lifestyle change and there is no easy path forward. But she promised me that if I committed, I would see results and she was right! I am happy to have met Michelle and would recommend her as a nutrition counselor, personal trainer, fitness instructor and motivational coach!!

Michelle is passionate about helping people achieve their fitness goals. I have personally benefited in reduced pounds and inches as well as increased strength and cardiovascular health. I have seen people seeking better health thrive under Michelle's leadership whether it be the Fitness Challenge program that she leads or developing a better understanding of nutrition through her Diet Doc service. In her classes, I have witnessed the most fit group of women enjoying constantly updated fitness challenges. Michelle's passion for great health and her desire to help others makes her the consummate fitness leader.
