I have been Linda's client for two years and have had the most positive experience and results as the byproduct of working with her. Her rates are competitive and her training is tailored each and every session. I'm never bored or unchallenged. She formerly travelled to my gym and now I train in her basement where I feel even more productive. Personally I have become stronger, fitter and its Linda's expertise and variety of knowledge are foremost the reason for my transformation. I don't have before and after photos but just the other day I shyly attempted to wear a 10 year old pair of shorts that fit better now than they did then.
I hope you take the plunge and decide to work with her, obviously I only have good things to report and I suspect you will too.

"I worked with Linda as my personal trainer for at least a year. She was extremely supportive and taught me the correct way to get the results I wanted for my health and my body. She was compassionate, caring and so much fun to work with. Our workouts went so quickly with time spent laughing and having fun. I have moved out of the area, so have not been using her services at Total Body Fitness, but will be returning to the area at the end of this year and will sign up for her classes. She is a tremendous trainer and a tremendous person."

I was a fitness instructor for 17 years until I retired after the birth of my second child. The change in my body and lifestyle was drastic. Besides the stress of caring for 2 babies, and having a full time career, I had developed several painful musculoskeletal and gastrointestinal disorders. I went from being extremely physically fit to being overweight and unable to do a single lunge within 3 years. I needed to get back into shape, but now with an altered lifestyle and limited time.

I began training with Linda and a whole new world was opened up to me. She showed me that you don’t need to spend hours in the gym to get results. I started seeing changes in my body by the second week of working with her.

Linda’s Total Body Fitness is just that! It’s everything you need in one workout, and no two workouts are ever the same. Cardio, strength, and stretch are all addressed, and she does it with the personalized attention that no other trainer has achieved. Women of all ages and athletic ability would benefit greatly from her classes.

Overall I find that I now spend less time in the gym and I am getting more results which leaves me more time for my family and career. I am stronger now than I was 10 years ago. I am not a ‘morning person’, but I actually look forward to waking up early to take her 6 am classes.
