I have been working out with Jamie for over three years and am delighted with the results. We do a one-hour weight training circuit twice a week, with Jamie designing and modifying the exercises and augmenting the weights to increase my abilities. I have found it very important to work under the watchful eye of a true professional like Jamie; she has taught me everything about form, posture, breathing, and speed of execution. She has broad training in all branches of physical training, including running and pilates, and in nutrition. My son noticed my positive results and asked to train with Jamie. He is very pleased, and I am very glad to have him learn from a real pro. Jamie is a gifted trainer who has extensive experience working with all ages. I recommend her most highly.
