I've been training with Cynthia for almost two years and I cannot say enough good things about her and her expertise. Initially my goal was to get in shape for my wedding and being fairly athletic most of my life, I thought I could accomplish that in a matter of 2-3 months before our big day in October. But, when I inquired with Cynthia in January that year, she enthusiastically suggested we get started right away and I'm soooo glad she did! At the same time, I was also rehabbing an injured knee and she helped build up my confidence to do things that I wasn't sure I could ever do. Now I'm stronger, I looked amazing in my wedding gown, and I am playing soccer again! Cynthia's style of training is completely catered to her individual client and I enjoy that every workout is exciting and exhausting each time. She's expertly knowledgable, highly motivating, and extremely professional. My wedding has come and gone, but I am incredibly grateful that we can continue to train. For me, training isn't just to accomplish a short term goal anymore; it's something I look forward to maintaining for a lifetime. Cynthia, thank YOU for being the BEST trainer and such an AMAZING friend!

From the moment I started training with Cynthia I felt so comfortable, encouraged and protected. I had always been taught by prior trainers to never say, "Can't" and to push through the pain. That has gotten me onto trouble, my body is paying the price. Cynthia was the one that made it comfortable for me to tell her when things were hurting, etc. Cynthia trusted me too, to know that I wasn't 'complaining' to try to get out of certain exercises. She then would find something else for me to do. To tell you the truth I don't know a time I didn't know Cynthia, I am so fortunate that she did come into my life and show me what a true trainer is. Someone you have a good time with, someone who really listens to you and most of all, someone who gets you interested in doing something good for your body again. Thank you my friend!

Cynthia has been training me online for 5 months now, and it has changed my life! My first goal was a triathlon (which I finished in my goal time) and the second was a half marathon! My current goal is a marathon in February and half ironman in April. Great personality, highly intelligent, and always there for her clients. She holds the standards of Robert Kennedy and Tosca Reno perfectly! HIGHLY RECCOMENDED
