Linda is a very thorough, knowledgeable, compassionate trainer! She helped me come to a better understanding of what I needed to and could accomplish through exercise and nutrition. She really listened to me and helped me develop attainable goals and meet them.

Linda has also become a trusted friend. Imrecentlymhad cancer surgery and she encouraged me and cheered me on throughout my recovery. Once I am able to begin exercising again, I know she will be there with me helping me develop a fitness plan tailored to my needs...and I can't wait to begin again!

Linda is the ultimate trainer. At every class or training, I learn new ways to achieve my fitness goals. The mix of exercises as well as her kind and outgoing personality make the workouts a true pleasure.

Linda offers the total package: great work outs, wonderful nutrition advise, beneficial health guidance and most importantly, ongoing encouragement. Linda has helped me reduce my weight and BMI while improving my strength and overall health. Linda's approach is safe, consistant and maintainable. I highly recommend Linda without reservations. She is truly fantastic!
