David has been working with me for over a year and a half. I originally started with him performing myofascial release massage prior to my boot camp training sessions. This helped me perform much better at those sessions. After sustaining a tricep injury at the class (with a different instructor), I decided that I needed a personal trainer instead of group classes and David was my top choice.
David works closely with me to address and help ease my medical conditions (especially joint pain related to RA), he tailors all exercise sessions based on my restrictions and needs, and has definitely helped me get in better shape. David also provides diet and nutrition guidance and natural ways to combat my issues and improve my physical well being. David explains the various exercises and what muscles they target, and why he has me doing them. He is one of the most knowledgeable trainers I've ever had.
In addition to general personal training, David also has helped me get in better shape for golf, with targeted stability, balance, and power exercises. I am driving the golf ball farther and have a far more consistent and controlled golf swing.
It is so convenient working out in my own home. I feel I get a much better workout at home with David than at the gym. Plus it makes it easier to work out on my own since David shows me what I need to do and texts me my "home work" until our next session.

I struggled with Sacroiliac joint pain for years and thought that I would never run again. David helped my body heal itself and I am happy to be back on the road running with my friends. I am running like I did while in my 20s. We are still training together.

David was a great trainer he fixed my frozen shoulder after a few sessions. Now we are working on weight loss and I am down 20 lbs :)
