I work out constantly and I thought I was in very good shape THEN I took Ruby's ab class. I sweated more in her ab class then I did in my normal work out, her work out pushed me and my friends that I have challenged to do her regimen also said that it challenges them as well. Thanks Ruby!

Ruby is a AWSOME trainer.

I’ve been training with Ruby for 5 years or so and what a difference she made in my life. My lower back pains diminished once she corrected my posture/ form and taught me various strengthening exercises. I see definition that was not there before-- YEA.

Ruby is a great motivator, a real professional, constantly mixing things up and her knowledge is unsurpassed.

Me and my ABS recommend Ruby without hesitation. You can't go wrong with her.

Ruby is a fantastic instructor. She knows what she is doing, keeps you motivated and you see results. I love all the classes that I have taken with her and look forward to my next class with her.

I remember when I was in one of your classes I didnt think that i could keep up, but you was so attentive to me and the entire class. Me starting to work out was scary after all these years , but you made it fun, hard and relaxing.I remember after a class as you call the wind down i just drifted off to sleep on the mat. You are an excellent Trainer and I think you are so committed to your clients and motivating. Keep up the Great Job and i'll be calling for another class soon. I appreciate you and Thanks

Wooooaaa. Ruby is an awesome trainer. She gives good instruction, as well as, positive affirmations to help to motivate you. Her training strategy focuses on technique and that is perfect for anyone looking for results. I love myself...because if I don't love me, noone will love me....something like that.

Ruby Bond is the ultimate trainer. When my husband decided that we needed to join an exercise program, I was not in favor. I never had a program that worked for me. Reluctantly, I gave this one a shot. When I first went to the class, Ruby asked about your problem areas and told you how to exercise to keep from reinjuring or hurting yourself. This was a new thing for me and I liked it. However, I thought I would be sore the next few days and that I would not look forward to coming back. Neither of these things happened; I was never sore and I looked forward to coming back. Ruby always took into account any problem areas you had and would not let you hurt yourself. She was aware of each of her students and you knew she understood your problem areas. What really amazed me was that everyone kept asking if I had lost weight but I did not think I had. Then I noticed my clothes were fitting me differently. I had lost weight and inches and never experienced any discomfort in the class. I was also able to progress in my repetitions and could do more than I first started out doing. It was gradual and we as students were not aware, but Ruby was always aware. She is the only trainer I have felt is acutely aware of her students and what they need. As I said, she is the ULTIMATE trainer.

Ruby is a very personable trainer. She make sure that she is aware your needs and goals for fitness. She is great @ modifying exercise techniques to compensate for her students injured or weakened areas. She pay close attention to form, helping to avoid injury by improper technique.
I really enjoy her training style . I've taken a variety of classes in the past. Ruby was the first instructor that ask if anyone had any issues with past injuries or surgeries related to the areas of the the body that we would be working that day. Six years of 40+ strength training with Ruby I've learned a lot. She not only help strengthen the body,she strengthen the soul and the spirit.
