I started Jessie's boot camp in April and have already seen results. The workouts are always different so you never get bored. Jessie is always encouraging and motivating us to do our best! I am able to do exercises now that i couldn't do when i first started! This is the first work out program i have been able to stick with! I look forward to the 3 days a week and the classes go by fast because we are always having so much fun!

Working out with Jessie at boot camp is the most fun I have ever had getting in shape. The work outs are different every time so you don't ever get bored with them. She incorporates many fitness tools such as weights, bands and challenging games into every class. The encouragement and positive reinforcement from Jessie, Alex and all of the participants is amazing!! I have made new friends , I'm getting in shape and am having a blast doing it! BOOT CAMP ROCKS!!!

I am a woman who, post pregnancy has been feeling extremely out of shape. Prior to my pregnancy i enjoyed working out 5 days a week, but as we all know once a baby joins your family things change. Jessie's Boot Camp has been highly effective and works great with my schedule. I look forward to every class and cant wait to see what she will be having us do next. Classes are challenging but fun. Jessie is encouraging and a great motivator. Its been a blast and i plan on returning for more in the months to come.

Jesse's boot camp is the greatest; I can't say enough good things about it. It will be a year for me in June and I have no thoughts of stopping. I also started the TRX training which is also a good work out. It is similar, yet different than BC. The comraderie with the other women in both groups make it fun. If you are serious about getting in to shape and keeping in good health, give Boot Camp a try.

Jessie is always challenging me to push myself. I have been exercising with her for a year. This is the longest I have ever stuck to any program. I have exercise equipment and tapes that I have used for a few times and then quit. I have stuck with this. It is a blast.

I have tried my fitness workouts and Jess's Boot Camp is the best by far. She keeps you motivated with her enthusiasm and organization. You get a total body work out even thou you might not think, your body will tell you different the next day. She keeps it entertaining with the boat trips!

I am always looking for a way to exercise which is fun and I enjoy. When I saw that Jessica's boot camp was being offered at Lincoln Academy where I work and it was a program done outside. I signed up to see if it would work for me. Jessica is fun, organized, encouraging and always has something to challenge us. I like that the program varies from day to day. I have been in the program for two weeks and plan to complete this session and continue through the summer. The outside component means so much to me and to find a fitness instructor who is enthusiastic about it is great.

I have been in Jessica's bootcamp class on Mon,Wed, and Friday mornings. She comes organized with a new routine every time. The variety in the class makes it fun, plus we get a total body workout. Jessica is a positive and enthusiastic person, which makes me want to come to class. I look forward to continuing these workouts throughout the year.
