I have been working with CeCe for over a year and I recommend her to anyone that wants to reach and exceed their fitness goals. CeCe continually challenges me to try new activities and exercises and keeps our sessions fresh with her exciting approach to fitness. Along with my new approach to nutrition and her encouragement and guidance, I have lost over 80lbs and am experiencing life in a new way that I never thought was possible and doing things I never thought I could do. CeCe's enthusiasm, encouragement and knowledge has helped me lose weight, but more importantly has helped me gain self confidence. You will not be disappointed when you train with Cece!

I have been working with Cece since she began training seven years ago. I never would have been motivated enough to continue working out without the tireless efforts of Cece. As a 59 year old man I have a few more aches and pains than most, but this has never stopped Cece from demanding the best from me, even if it means altering some routines. This past year alone we did over 130 different lifts and exercises!
I am currently recovering from cancer surgery in November and I have lost all of the muscles we worked so hard to achieve. I can't wait to get back in the gym and start working again with the best trainer ever, Cece Chorne.

I am a 26 year old female. My sister and I have been training with CeCe in a group session for about 9 months. She's does a GREAT job incorporating us both into a workout. We are both constantly being challenged and always on the move! I am pleased with the results I've seen and how much I've learned from her. She is very passionate about what she does and is always coming up with different exercises or wanting to try something new she's learned. She pushes me hard and is very encouraging. Cece has made going to the gym enjoyable and working with her has given me the motivation and knowledge to keep up a healthy lifestyle!

I have been working out with CeCe for over a year and I think she is the best! She is always coming up with new and challenging workouts. CeCe is an awesome trainer and you see results for sure! She is super supportive and will encourage you every step of the way. I have learned so much working with CeCe and look forward to continue working with her!!

I am a 57 year old male who began training with CeCe about 1 1/2 years ago. At the time, I was a borderline diabetic, my cholesterol and blood pressure levels were very high. Since then, I have lost more than 100 pounds, all my blood work is vastly improved, and I am off most of my medications. CeCe worked with me on my diet, exercise and motivation, obviously with great success! Even though I live some distance away, I still train with CeCe once a week or so. Kudos to CeCe!
