My husband Kevin started working with Jane in July 2011. After a few weeks, I decided it would be good for me too. I had gotten into too much of a routine with an elliptical and treadmill. I realize now that I might have accomplished my goals years ago had I found someone like Jane. She really pushes you to full fatigue (Yes, I was sore for weeks!) but it told me that my previous workouts were not really that effective. After just 3 months, I have better definition and strength in my arms and legs now than 20 years ago. Her workouts are different every time so it's never boring or a routine. I work full time and have 2 busy teenagers- because she comes to my home 3 times per week, I have been able to fit this into our busy family schedule. She is fun but always professional. I highly recommend her!

My wife Julie and I worked out together with Jane as our trainer. She consistently helped us work on the areas that needed the greatest focus and always did it with a great attitude. Jane is a trained professional who enjoys what she does and it shows. When she left the fitness club where we are members, it was a sad day for us both. If it wasn't such a drive from the Twin Cities to St. Cloud....

Jane put up with me. She pushed when I needed to be pushed and she let me whine a bit. She is the best trainer that I have ever worked with. She will push you and make sure your form is correct. She has the knowledge of knowing when I needed an extra vitamin in my life.

I have been working out with Jane for 3 months. Jane is the utmost professional, easy to work with yet will push you beyond what you thought you could do. She incorporates a multitude of techniques that build your core, cardio, and strength.

I have lost two inches off my waste, feel better physically than I have in years and look forward to our 3 weekly sessions that she does at my home. She is always on time and ready to go even when I am not!

I would highly recommend Jane and I plan on keeping her for years to come (I need alot of external motivation).

I have had the opportunity to work with other trainers and Jane is the best! She applies her knowledge to my body's needs and explains things so that I understand why I have to do things her way :) She is a stickler for appropriate form. She pushes me when I need to be pushed and has a great sense of humor. She encourages me to focus on nutrition and cardio when not with her. She is one that cares about her clients. Martha C.

Jane has been my trainer for over a year and I absolutely would recommend her to anyone who wants a personable and knowledgable trainer. Jane not only taught me some basics, but pushed me when I needed to be pushed! She is a class act trainer and person and I highly recommend her.
