    This was a great video. I wish could have been there live!! This is the first video I've watched by Helen Vanderburg and it has added a lot of creative ideas to my fitness "toolbox". This video was perfect for me as I love variety, fun, and sweat! I hope to watch more of her trainings. Thanks Helen!
