I am Physical Therapist, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, US National TaeKwon-Do champion and former captain for the US National TaeKwon-Do Team. I invented the TRX Rip Trainer and direct Rip Training development at TRX. The combination of understanding rehabilitative medicine and sports performance training has given me a unique perspective on the physical and mental components of human movement. I have enjoyed working with professional athletes from the NFL, X-Games, MLB, UFC, and Extreme Skiing World Championships; however, I pride myself on tapping into the natural athlete in us all.

Thank you for your feedback! Jenn, I have attached a PDF file to this video and will reach out to you in a separate email to make sure you have it. I apologize some of the exercises can’t be seen in the video. We have been working to improve our filming process and now have a better understanding of the types of sessions that require advanced camera work or multiple cameras in the session. Thank you again for your feedback, it helps us get better!

Frustrating that the download is a power point file, which many people, including myself, don't have. Come on guys, it's really not that hard to click save as a .pdf before uploading file. I agree with the above poster, and am finding this to a be a problem on MANY of these courses -- the camera doesn't move, and misses much of what is relevant about the course because it is focused on the instructor when we should be watching the exercises.

Pretty good course. However, I'm very disappointed with the workout. The camera was focused on the instructor, who was walking around most of the time, rather than implementation of the actual exercises.

More importantly, the instructor cut the class short; due to running the class too long. Come on, be professional and let the class run over a bit. So 3 exercises, from the course outline, were not shown. I had to go to Youtube to see how to perform the exercises that were skipped. What a bummer.

Other than that, the course material (Pivot mechanic, metabolic conditioning, etc.) was informative and relevant.
