I am Physical Therapist, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, US National TaeKwon-Do champion and former captain for the US National TaeKwon-Do Team. I invented the TRX Rip Trainer and direct Rip Training development at TRX. The combination of understanding rehabilitative medicine and sports performance training has given me a unique perspective on the physical and mental components of human movement. I have enjoyed working with professional athletes from the NFL, X-Games, MLB, UFC, and Extreme Skiing World Championships; however, I pride myself on tapping into the natural athlete in us all.

    i decided to enroll in this course because my will was to learn rip training directly from his inventor Pete Holman..right choice because all the concepts are well explained as well as a lot of exercises recorded with a good quality in this video.
