Dan Agresti is a leading fitness expert, educator, advisor, and trainer whose educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Sports Science and a Master's Degree in Kinesiology and Applied Physiology. He is certified as a Health Fitness Specialist, American College of Sports Medicine and a Medical Exercise Specialist, American Academy of Health, Fitness and Rehabilitation Professionals. Dan is the owner of REAL LIFE FITNESS, a successful Denver based personal fitness training company. His energetic personality combined with years of research, study, analysis, and training of hundreds of clientele has made his company a cut above the rest. His client base varies widely and includes corporate wellness programs, boot camps, sports performance camps, and those in need of post therapeutic rehabilitation. Additionally, he is the Director of a successful Personal Training Academy at a local college where his knowledge and experience assists his students in becoming elite level personal trainers. He is a Fellow for the National Board of Fitness Examiners and frequently lectures on a variety of fitness topics in Denver area and has several articles published on the web. When he is not training clients, teaching students, or presenting lectures, he enjoys spending time with his family, especially playing with his two young children Lauren and Ryan. His personal interests include working out and recording music in his studio.

    This was great!! I recommend this kind of fitness to all of my clients. I train Baby Boomers and Seniors like me. Easy sustainable fitness with small challenging intervals. We love it. Thank you for a common sense approach to fitness. Finally!!!
