Stacy McCarthy is a yogi, mother, wife, college professor of yoga studies, hot tea and juice fiend, a recovering type A and an enlightened mind in training. In addition to authoring her own products and books, Stacy has developed and implemented comprehensive curriculum for 200 and 500-hour yoga teacher trainings at the college level and for world renowned Yogaworks. Infused with humor and soul, Stacy is a storyteller with a devotion to philosophy. Her classes are physically demanding, energetically empowering, mentally focusing and spiritually up-lifting. They are designed to transform lives. At the center of her teachings, is the foundation of how to master the big 3, how you move, how you eat and how you think. Stacy’s yoga journey began almost three decades ago in the lineage of T. Krishnamacharya and she is forever grateful to have studied Ashtanga Vinyasa under founder Sri K. Pattabhi Jois. June Kahn is an internationally recognized fitness leader and educator. She is the 2009 World IDEA Instructor of the Year, founder of June Kahn's Bodyworks, LLC™, and former Life Power Pilates Coordinator for Lifetime Fitness. June is currently a Pilates Rehab Practitioner with Masso Medical & Bodywork and is and special consultant to Curves International. As a program developer for many leading fitness organizations, June is also a continuing education provider for the fitness and mind/body industries, June is best known for bridging the gap between traditional Pilates and the fitness industry. A Certified Pilates practitioner through the Physical Mind Institute, June furthered her education as a Rehab Specialist applying that to both Mat, Reformer and Apparatus work. A Master Trainer with Savvier™ Fitness to both A Barre Above™ & Tabata Boot Camp™ Programs allows her to reach the consumer and inspire them to incorporate more movement into their lives. She is the creator of many programs including Curves Dance & Tone Caffeinated Pilates, Body Bar Flex® Trek Walking & Active Ageing Programming. Leslee Bender

Leslee Bender IDEA Author/Presenter

Leslee Bender is the creator of the Bender Method of training. A graduate of the Graduate of the Gray Institute of Applied Functional Science, Leslee’s functional techniques benefit athletes as well as everyday people who want to achieve optimal health and fitness while preventing injury. Leslee is best known for the 2007 Bender Ball Fitness Infomercial and has filmed over 20 DVDs. She presents to trainers internationally, focusing on the analysis of movement and offering certifications in the Barre Above method, which she co-created with Tricia Murphy Madden. She also is an educator for NASM, Real Ryder, and Club Pilates. Leslee lives in Orlando and offers personal training to Central Florida clients. She currently is the fitness adviser of Club True Barre as well as the co-creator and education director for True Bar Fitness systems. In her free time, she water-skis on Lake Hiawassee.

    I enjoyed the introduction discussion. It was just what I was looking for in adding variety to my classical mat pilates training. The workout was excellent. I liked the pace, constant flow and challenge. I will use the examples in my pilates classes.
