  1. Understand and revisit basic Pilates exercises and principles on the reformer.
  2. Address how different approaches to the same exercises change the muscle work and anatomy of the movement.
  3. Experience how the movement changes through different teaching techniques.

  5. Address how improving core stabilization, postural alignment, centering, balance and coordination through a specifically designed Pilates program will benefit your clients.
