Tabata training is the hottest trend in high-intensity, low- (or no-) equipment workouts. This structured interval workout consists of 20 seconds of all-out work, followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated for a total of eight times on the same exercise. Do it inside or take it outside for a new way to experience these hard-core cardio and strength intervals!

    Good high energy workout. Must try. Would have been better if more upper body tabata was included too.
