    I've been looking for some ideas for foot and ankle exc and found them on Cathleen's class; so happy. She did a wonderful job teaching the exercises and I liked all of them! I plan to will use them on my clients and on myself. Kudos to the videographer; tough to video the foot.

    Excellent video. One of my clients with tight hamstrings was AMAZED by the difference in one leg from the other after we did the exercise with the tennis ball under the foot. Great info on lower/lift exercises. Would recommend to anyone teaching pilates to help activate the proper muscles and alignment. Instructor and videographer did a great job making sure video watchers could see the demonstrations showing what they were doing.
